Rick Bayless' Iconic Frontera Grill Turns 30

Family farming and the means to create a healthier, more-sustainable food system were what's for dinner at the 30th anniversary of Chicago rock star-chef Rick Bayless' Frontera Grill. The evening began with the Good Food Forum moderated by Peter Sagal, the much-loved host of NPR's "Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me!" and leading figures in the sustainable food industry, including: Eduardo Rivera, Nora Pouillon, Jim Slama, Paul Kahan and Fedele Bauccio. After, more than 600 of Chicago's food and lifestyle luminaries got to taste creations from some of Chicago's top chefs and restaurants. Proceeds benefited the Farmer Foundation and FamilyFarmed.
