22nd Century Media's Going out in style: Excellence is a habit at Josephinum Academy

Continuing its mission to ensure that all girls in Chicago have access to a transformative college preparatory education, Josephinum “the Jo” Academy of the Sacred Heart, Chicago’s longest-standing Catholic girls’ high school, gathered 250 supporters on Sept. 30 inside the InterContinental Hotel Chicago for its 32nd annual
benefit.

Jackie Steves, former english teacher and Junior Board Founder, received the Helen Bruns Ryan Award. The Jo serves 46 Chicago zip codes, representing 20 different nationalities.  For the past nine years, 100 percent of its graduates have been accepted into college. The event raised more than $400,000 towards scholarships. See more at, Josephinum.org.
